I absolutely loved the outdoor heated pool, perfect for post-ski relaxation! The buffet dinner featured homemade local dishes that made each meal a deliciously memorable experience. Not to mention, the staff’s willingness to accommodate special dietary needs really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction!

The dining experience was quite disappointing due to limited breakfast options and tasteless evening meals. The pool not opening until 4 PM felt poorly timed after a day on the slopes. the noise from the pistes kept me awake, making it hard to enjoy the beautiful view.

Good hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, an outdoor swimming pool, and a spa. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which was very kind. Highly recommend for warmth and comfort. I'm coming back for Xmas!

The hotel is ideally located right next to two ski lifts, offering excellent access to the slopes. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short. the meals lacked quality and creativity, and service during busy times was considerably delayed. On top of that, the room was too hot despite the snowy surroundings, making it difficult to sleep without opening windows to noise outside.

great location

It was just a balanced option for a short layover in Saalbach-Hinterglemm with good price value. The location is excellent, right next to two lifts, making it super easy to hit the slopes each day. Bring your own snacks as the food isn't great, and the service can be pretty slow during busy times.
